G/WJ/DG/A6/45/22 ELIZABETH OWUSU PLAINTIFF / APPLICANT VRS USMAN SADIK DEFENDANT / RESPONDENT PARTIES ARE PRESENT AND SELF REPRESENTED CONSENT JUDGMENT OF THE COURT AS PER THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT REACHED AT THE COURT CONNECTED ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CCADR) The Applicant filed an application at the registry of this court on 29th November 2022 for the following reliefs; 1. Custody of the child to be granted to the applicant with reasonable access to the respondent. 2. An order for the respondent to maintain the child with the amount of GHC800.00 every month subject to an upwards review from year of judgment. 3. An order for the respondent to pay educational and medical expenses of the child herein as and when it falls due 4. An order directed at the respondent to rent an apartment for the applicant and the child. 5. An order directed at respondent to give applicant an amount of money to start up a business and cater for the child. 6. Any other order(s) this Honourable Court may deem fit. The Court on 21st October 2022, referred the parties to the CCADR presided over by the Mediator, Douglas Worae for a possible settlement of the dispute. On 16th December, 2022, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 10th November 2022, was referred to the court for adoption. Accordingly, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 10th November 2022 is hereby adopted as the consent judgment of this court subject to the usual default clause.
