RULING

The Summons for Confirmation of Grant dated 7th November 2012 is for the confirmation of the grant of letters of administration made to the applicant on 14th July 2004. It is presumed that it is premised on Section 71 of the Law of Succession Act. The proposed distribution appears to be in conformity with the law. The application is allowed. The estate of the deceased shall be distributed as proposed. Costs will be in the cause.
