G/WJ/DG/A2/98/22 AARON GYAMFI PLAINTIFF VRS AMA HANNAH DEFENDANT PARTIES ARE PRESENT AND SELF REPRESENTED CONSENT JUDGMENT OF THE COURT AS PER THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT REACHED AT THE COURT CONNECTED ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CCADR) The Plaintiff filed a writ of summons in the registry of this court on 24th August 2022 against the defendant for the following; a. Recovery of an outstanding balance of GHC3,781.00 being debt defendant owes plaintiff b. An order for interests to be calculated on the amount from January 2021 to final date of full and final payment, costs and any further order(s) as the court may deem fit. The Court on 5th October 2022, referred the parties to the CCADR presided over by the Mediator, William Ofori Atta for a possible settlement of the dispute. On 1st December 2022, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 5th October 2022 was referred to the court for adoption. Accordingly, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 5th October, 2022 is hereby adopted as the consent judgment of this court subject to the usual default clause.
