The advocates Richard O. & Company have reported the criminal Case No. 209/2012 for orders under this court's revisionary jurisdiction.

The contents of the advocates complaint differ substantially with the record of the proceedings before the learned magistrate, particularly between the 27th November, 2013 and 3rd February, 2014.  I can find no basis upon which to interfere therefore and decline the request for revision.   The Lower Court file is returned.
