The court notes that the list of survivors includes Wilfred Githaka Kamau, Nicky Kamau who have not been included in the list on the mode of distribution. Also the Commissioner for Oaths who attested the list on 16th March 2004 is not identified.

The above two issues to be rectified before this court can consider the issue of confirmation of grant of Letters of Administration.
