JUDGMENT The plaintiff prays the Honourable Court for the following reliefs: a. Recovery of the sum Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Cedis (GH¢42,400.00) only from the defendant being remaining balance of cost of eight (8) sacks second hand clothing, one hundred and thirty (130) pieces of converse and twenty (20) pieces of mobile phones Plaintiff gave to Defendant to sell on commission basis which he did but failed to give the money to Plaintiff. b. Interest on the sum Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Cedis (GH¢42,400.00) only at current commercial bank rate running from June, 2024 till date of final payment. c. Substantial cost. Parties were referred to Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (C. C. A. D. R) after the Court explained the concept to them. The Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution report was brought to court on 19th June, 2025 for the terms to be adopted.
