RULING
1. The Claimant commenced legal proceedings against the Respondents on 1 March 2012 alleging unfair termination of employment.
2. On 11 June 2013, the parties filed consent to the effect that the dispute had been resolved.
3. The Court therefore orders the Cause marked as settled in terms of the consent.
