Ruling

1. The applicant filed a notice of motion dated 11th October 2024. In the application, the applicant sought orders of revision of the orders of the trial court issued on 8th October 2024. Directions were issued by this court on 11th October 2024 with the matter set down for hearing on 14th October 2024.

2. On 14th October 2024, this court issued the following orders; the appellants were admitted to bond on similar terms by the trial court pending the outcome of the pre-bail report, and that the matter would be mentioned on 4th November, 2024.

3. On 4th November 2024, the appellants failed to appear in court to prosecute his application for revision.

4. As a consequence, the application dated 11th October 2024 is dismissed for want of prosecution.Order accordingly.
