R U L I N G

1. This Ruling relates to a Ruling delivered by this Court on 28/07/2014 concerning two applications dated 7th June, 2012 and 30th July, 2012 respectively.

2. After this Court issued apposite orders on 28th July, 2014, there was an attempt to change the name of the relevant Adjudication Section from Rikiau Adjudication Section to  Mula Adjudication Section.

3. Via an order by this Court, the concerned  DLASO , Mr. Munyalo,  came to Court to explain the status of the  situation.

4. The parties entered a consent in the following terms:-

“By consent, the conservatory orders issued on 28/07/2014 in respect of   RIKIAU ADJUDICATION SECTION to extend to that part of the proposed MULA ADJUDICATION SECTION which  overlaps into RIKIAU ADJUDICATION SECTION so that there should be no adjudication of land in the said section pending the hearing and determination of this petition”.

5. The Consent is adopted as an order of this Court.

6. It is so ordered.
