RESPONDENT J U D G M E N T Appellant was convicted of Child stealing contrary to Section 174(1)(a) of the Penal Code and sentenced to serve 15 months imprisonment. She was released on bail pending appeal on 26th March 1991 but she never prosecuted the appeal. The record also shows that this appeal was admitted to hearing on 18th January 1991 but has since not been prosecuted. The same is hereby dismissed. It is so ordered.
