REVISION RULING
1. The Applicant ANNAH NGETICH was fined a total of Kshs.30,000/= in default to serve three (3) months imprisonment on 8/11/2021 for the offence of being in possession of alcoholic Drinks without a licence Contrary to Section 27 (1) (b) as read with Section 27 (4) of the alcoholic Drinks Control Act No.4 of 2010.
2. The applicant has served slightly over one month and I find that she is suitable for a non-custodial sentence since her attitude has changed.
3. I accordingly place the Applicant on C.S.O. at the office of the Assistant Chief CHEPSEON Sub-Location MR. CHARLES YEGON for a period of one month.
4. The Area Assistant Chief MR. CHARLES YEGON to supervise her during that period.
