Skip to document content Table of contents Search null BURHANJ [1] The aforementioned Applicant by way of Amended Notice of Motion dated 26 October 2022, sought an Interlocutory Order under Section 4 of the Proceeds of Crime Civil Confiscation Act (POCA) against the 1st Respondent- Mena Group Holdings Ltd, 2nd Respondent- Spearhead International Ltd, and 3rd Respondent- Equator Trustees Limited. They further moved that a receiver be appointed to the specified property set out in the Table to the said Notice of Motion in terms of Section 8 of POCA. [2] Thereafter, on the 18th of July 2023, Learned Counsel for the Applicant, Mr Saley informed the court that they will be withdrawing their application against all the aforementioned Respondents. Mr Saley had no objections to the Interim Order, dated 2nd August 2022, being set aside and the draft order in the email exchange dated 17th July 2023 being granted.
