IN THE SUPREME COURT SEYCHELLES EXPARTE: JEANETTE GERMAIN Civil Side No. 55 of 2008 Mr. Freminot for the Petitioner On Application For Appointment of Executrix ORDER Gaswaga J This is an application for appointment of executrix.    I am satisfied on the documentary evidence adduced in support thereof that Mr. Ferdinand Germain died intestate in Seychelles on 26th day of October, 2007.    At the time of death the deceased had movable properties jointly owned by the Petitioner and that the Petitioner is the sole heir of the deceased half shares in those properties. The Applicant is under no legal incapacity and is able and willing to be appointed executrix of the succession of the late Ferdinand Germain. In the terms of Section 1026 of the Civil Code of Seychelles I appoint Mrs. Jeanetter Germain as executrix of the succession of the late Ferdinand Germain. D.
