RULING ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT Having considered the motion, affidavit and exhibits attached, and the fact that the defendant-assembly has filed no process after entering appearance on 27 June 2022 through their counsel Peter K. Kumor Esq., the court finds that, on the face of the claim, the defendant after being served with the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim and entering Appearance, has no defence in law or fact. Judgment is therefore entered for the plaintiff, a) in the amount of GH¢29,308.40 with interest at the prevailing bank rate from 28 May 2021 until the date of final payment, and b) in the amount of GH¢52,748.58 with interest at the prevailing bank rate from 16 September 2021 until the date of final payment.
