1. The applicant herein was sentenced to serve two years’ imprisonment for the offence of burglary contrary to section 304 of the penal code.

2. The probation officer’s report is favorable but there is need to protect the public for offences of this nature are prevalent in this region.

3. I therefore decline the application for revision. The offender to continue serving the sentence to completion.
