Applicant

and

Republic

Ruling

1. I have considered the application by way of an “affidavit” dated 30/3/2022 which is not sworn. The ‘applicant’ claims he wants to appear before this court for interpretation of the law. Such application is unknown in law.

2. In the absence of any affidavit or grounds for this court to appreciate why the applicant convict wants interpretation of the law and which law to be interpreted by this court, I am unable to make any substantive directions on the hearing.

3. The application is hereby struck out as being incomprehensible.

4. File is closed.
