Ruling

1. The convict tortured a six-year-old child under her care. The child was an orphan. Very vulnerable.

2. I have read the probation sentence review report filed on 18/11/2024 which is one sided. It does not take into account the welfare of the tortured minor. I decline to review the sentence imposed. The convict Florence Ayuma to serve full sentence imposed for being cruel to the child.
