J U D G M E N T

1.  Having read the certificate of costs dated 23/09/2019 which has become final and in the absence of a dispute is to retainer, I do enter judgment for the Advocate/Applicant against the Respondent/Client in the sum of Kshs.100,187. 92 together with interest thereon at court rates from the date of the certificate till payment in full.

2.  This being a matter on Advocate/Clients costs on which no further proceedings are anticipated to determine costs, I award costs of the proceedings and assess the same at Kshs.15,000/= all inclusive.
