J U D G M E N T

1. The certificate of costs having become final and there being no dispute as to retainer, I do enter judgment for the Advocate/Applicant against the Client/Respondent for the sum of Kshs.131,063/= in terms of the Certificate of costs dated 27/8/2019, together with interest thereon at the court rates from the date of the Certificate till payment in full.

2. I also award the costs of these proceeding to the Advocate/applicant in the sum of this 15,000/= all inclusive.
