1. Mohamed Beckam was convicted on three (3) charges of assault contrary to section 251 of the Penal Code, Stealing contrary to section 275 of the PC and malicious damage to property contrary to section 339(1) of the PC.

2. On 10/11/2023, Judge Mrima dismissed his application for Review of sentence and ordered that he completes sentence as recommended by the Probation Officer. The applicant has come back with a similar application for review of sentence. It is an abuse of court process and is herby dismissed.File closed
