RULING

1. Claimant/Applicant seeks review of the judgment of the court to adjust the gratuity for 2 years at 17. 5% per month which translates to Kshs. 630,000 and not Kshs. 52,500 which was erroneously calculated on annual basis instead of monthly basis.  The respondent has conceded the application and is therefore not opposed.  The court reviews the grant of gratuity in the sum of Kshs. 52,500 in the judgment delivered on 29th March 2019 to Kshs. 630,000.

2. It is so ordered.
