1. It has come to the attention of this Court that there are several suits against the Respondent herein. Some suits may be insolvency Petitions. The suits are filed in various Courts especially in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi.

2. It is therefore imperative that the foregone be ascertained. However, the parties herein must be first heard on this issue.

3. I hereby make the following orders: -

a. The Deputy Registrar of this Court to extract and serve copies of this order on the parties.

b. Once served, the parties shall file their responses electronically within 14 days.

c. Further orders shall issue thereafter
