IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES Ex Parte BERNARD GEORGES Civil Side No. 311 of 2006 Mr. Georges for the Applicant ORDER This is an application for confirmation of appointment of executor filed under Article 1025 of the Civil Code of Seychelles. On the strength of the affidavit and the documentary evidence adduced by the applicant in this matter, I am satisfied that one Elsi Ada Jemmett Marsh died testate on the 30th of March 2004 in Seychelles. The deceased left a Will and Codicil in which she appointed Dion van der Merwe and Maureen van der Merwe as her executors and trustees. In terms of Article 1025 of the Civil Code of Seychelles, I hereby confirm the appointment of Dion van der Merwe and Maureen van der Merwe as executors and trustees of the succession of the late Elsi Ada Jemmett Marsh.
