1. The Appellant was charged in the with the offence of murder contrary to 204 of the Penal code The particulars were that on 16th February, 2025 at Chebangang Village within Konoin Sub county within Bomet County the accused murdered Bernard Bett.

2. Upon reading the pre bail information report dated 12th May, 2025 prepared by the Probation and Aftercare Service and also the views of the prosecution and in further consideration of the nature of the alleged offence I order as follows:a.The accused person be released on a bond/cash bail of Kshs. 500,000/- with Two(2) sureties of a similar amount.
