1. I have considered the request by the application for resentencing. I have considered the opposition by the State. I have taken careful consideration of the Sentence Review Report dated 28/5/2025.

2. In view thereof, I review the sentence. The applicant to be released to serve 2 years’ Probation under Nyando Probation Officer.It is so ordered.
