1.  I have considered the application filed on 9/11/2021.

2.  I find no evidence of pauperism demonstrated and no reasons given for the inordinate delay for filing an appeal from the judgment of this court rendered on 10/2/2020. There is no such appeal under his name determined by this court.

3.  The application is devoid of merit. It is dismissed.

4.  File closed.
