DISTRIBUTION BY COURT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE PARTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF SUCCESSION ACT
(I) Miriam Njoki Ngaruiya shall inherit LR.No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2705.
(II) Josphine Mukuhi Ngaruiya shall inherit LR. No.Limuru/Kamirithu/2701.
(III) Cecilia Muthoni Nginyo shall inherit LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2702.
(IV) Mary Wanjiku Nyoro shall inherit LR.No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2704.
(V) Catherine Wanjiru Ngaruiya shall inherit LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2703.
(VI) Cyrus Ngaruiya Njoroge shall inherit LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2706.
(VII) LR. No. Kimuru/Kamirithu/2698 and 2700 shall be transferred to the estate of Reuben Kariu Kariuki (deceased). It was sold to the said Reuben Kariuki (deceased) during his lifetime. The balance of the purchase consideration to be paid by the administrators of that estate to the beneficiaries herein. It shall be shared equally between all the beneficiaries.
(VIII) LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2699 to be inherited by Cecilia Muthoni Nginyo and Mary Wanjiku Nyoro.
(IX) LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2697 shall be inherited by Miriam Njoki Ngaruiya and Catherine Wanjiru Ngaruiya.
(X) LR. No. Limuru/Kamirithu/2696 shall be divided into six (6) equal portions: Each beneficiary shall inherit one portion – the sixth portion shall be inherited by Josephine Mukuhi Ngaruiya.
