Lucas for the Defendant Gaswaga, J ORDER This is an application lodged at the instance of the defendant (applicant) for cancellation of an inhibition order against Title C 2417 made in this matter on the 23rd of July, 2008 at 1:45pm. The plaintiff (Respondent) was served with process hearing and his lawyer Mr. Frank Ally on the 19th of June, 2009 intimidated that she had no objections to the application. Accordingly the application is granted.    It is hereby ordered that the inhibition registered and referred to herein above be cancelled pursuant to Section 78(d) of the Land Registration Act, Cap.107.
