1. I have considered the submissions of both parties. The Respondents are not opposed to the order of interim stay being granted to the applicant pending the filing of a substantive application for stay before the Court of Appeal.

2. This being the position, I allow the application of the applicant dated 19/10/2023 and issue interim order of stay of the Judgment dated 19/10/2023 and decree emanating from the same.

3. The interim orders of stay to remain in force for 30 days from today’s date.

4. Costs in the course.
