Ruling
1. Before this court is an application dated 19th day of February 2025 in which the applicant seeks the following orders:a.That this application be certified as urgent and be heard on priority.b.That I plaintiff I am herein seeking orders to allow me to release out my original documents from several deferent Government department offices also claiming the damages for the list of damaged documents and others.
2. The application is based on grounds which are rather unclear but have been reproduced as hereunder:a.That the court may give an order for releasing the original documents in several departments.b.That court as I hold my original documents into my bank to protect it as I was carrying out.c.That court it is very difficult to manage the lost original documents. May the interest of justice standd.That to be kidnapped in that style it is not easy to understand the suggestion to solve alone unless the only way is the court to give an order.e.That court be infected with physical torcher, it is very difficult to solve the problem matter for medication might cause brain problems
3. In the affidavit in support, the Plaintiff deposed as follows:a.That I am an adult female of sound mind and hence capable to make an oathb.That court I will be saved through court hand to direct 1st respondent to solve the following problems to the plaintiffc.That court will meet the end of justice by court to give pleasant order as nothing we shall run out with it especially with court orderd.That court carrying out my original documents in my bag as I looked safe but the problem fell in to get destroyede.That court may I be replaced with two permanent formal incisors teeth, being in group 5f.That court other deferent Government Office departments need to show out the original documents as I am missing outg.That court under different original documents need amount of people to contribute out for any replacement document as court may exercise in until I findh.That court may the first respondent achieve to carry this load out by looking for any kind of payable as I am now better to work out and solve the problem through their helpi.That court to be in mental room I complain people talking inside my head, with more advice which form worse confusions for disturbance by talking alone sometime quarrelling to them as I am looking at themj.That court all the facts deponed herein are all true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
Decision 4. Following a status conference on 16th June 2025 in the presence of both parties with Ms. Rop lead State Council for the respondent in attendance an order be is hereby and met that the director clinical services at MTRH hospital establishes whether the applicant Rodah Cheptarus Chepsiror has been a patient at the respective psychiatric unit and if so the medical report on her treatment at the facility be availed to this court under cover of the confidential clause governing the citizens health rights as a constitutional imperative. Therefore, the said report should be shared on or before 10/7/2025
