Civil Side No. 169 of 2008 Mr. Rajasundaram for the Plaintiff/Petitioner ON INTERIM INJUNCTION ORDER Gaswaga, J Being satisfied, from the evidence on record as disclosed by the pleadings, of the urgency of the present application and the imminent foreclosure of the plaintiff’s debts, and attempts to provisionally seize the plaintiff’s assets and bank account, I grant the application and order that :- (a) An interim injunction be issued to prohibit the defendant/respondent, its agents and or employees from foreclosing the debts of the plaintiff and or provisionally seizing any of the plaintiff’s assets; both moveable and immovable, including bank accounts. The said interim injunctions are issued at the peril and risk of the applicant and are to remain in force until further ordered by this Court.
