She told the court that she was inarried to the respondent under the Marriage Act on 7* September 2007. She claims that while on separation, the respondent married another woman in 2013 and has therefore been guilty of adultery. She seeks the dissolution of the marriage based onthe ground of adultery, and states that there are no children in the marriage nor is there any property to be considered for disposal. The respondent acknowledged service’ which he received on 224 January 2017, but has not come to the Court. In the absence of any explanation from the respondent, and bearing in mind that there are no other contentious issues in terms of children or property, | grant the order for the dissolution of the marriage.
