1. As the Claimant is apprehensive there is a move to evade the outcome of the suit and whereas the Respondent asserts it is still trading, the Court will order a fast tracked hearing on the 27th July 2021 before any of the new ELRC Judges so that judgment may issue in a short time. Hearing on 27th July 2021. No adjournments to be granted.
