Ruling

1. The applicant filed an application vide a letter dated 17th November 2023 seeking a clarification of the Judgement issued by this Court on 15th August 2023 in Nairobi Criminal Appeal No. 140 of 2018.

2. From the record, the Judgement of Hon. Nzioka J of 15th August 2023 is very clear and requires no further interpretation. There is no ambiguity in the said judgement as it spells out the sentence of 11 years to run from 30th July 2018. The pronounced sentence was 15 years less 4 years which is 11 years.

3. The application by the applicant merely seeks to convolute an otherwise clear and unambiguous judgement. The same is dismissed. The applicant is directed not to file another application without leave of court.

Orders accordingly.
