Ruling

1. Whereas the Applicant had earlier on been condemned to pay court adjournment fee due to its absence, Mr. Mwamu has now appeared in the open court and explained the confusion surrounding the availability of this court’s link in Kenya Law and the court’s cause list and I am persuaded by that explanation and I do set aside the order made for payment of court adjournment fee by the Applicant.

2. Notice of motion dated 12. 4.2024 shall be heard on 23. 7.2024.

3. Notice to issue to the Respondent.
