1. This is a matter where the parties had agreed to resolve the issue and had a written consent.

2. The only issue is payment of a decretal sum awarded to the defendant.

3. Twice the plaintiff’s advocate has failed to come to court.

4. It is hereby directed that the plaintiff’s advocate or his representative do come to court on 20th June, 2022 so that the court can be properly apprised.
