2. We therefore tax the Bill of Cost as per Schedule II Advocate Remuneration Order 2014. 1.Item 1- Instructions Fees taxed at Kshs. 58,000/=.2. Attendances items 3 and 5 taxed at Kshs. 5000/= each total Kshs. 10,000/= and items 11 and 12 at Kshs. 500/= each Kshs. 1000/= total for items Kshs. 11,000/=.3. Items on Drawing 2, 4 and 10 assessed at NIL.4. Items on Disbursements 7, 8 and 9 taxed at Kshs. 8,070/=.

3. We therefore find the Bill of Cost is taxed and allowed for Kshs. 77,870/=.
