1. This matter was coming up for interpartes hearing this morning.

2. The parties told the court that they were in agreement that the apposite application be canvassed through written submissions and that both parties simultaneously file written submissions within 14 days of today and come back to court for directions thereafter.

3. It is ordered as follows:

1. The application will be canvassed by way of written submissions with both parties simultaneously filing their submissions in both hard and soft copies within 14 days of today.

2. Parties will take directions on 24th April, 2019.
