1.  The Convict/Applicant DANIEL OMONDI ACHOLA having escaped from lawful custody when facing the offence of Robbery with Violence in Bondo PMCR 549/2019 and as he is jointly charged with 2 others.  I find this application for revision of sentence not merited.

2.  I dismiss it.
