RULING ON SENTENCE

1. Have considered the mitigation by the accused that he is a first offender and a young man. He has been in custody for 5 years.

2. I have considered the Presentence Report on record which shows that the accused has or may not have any social support. He needs to learn some skill for him to be of help to himself.

3. Taking into consideration the foregoing. I sentence the accused to 10 years imprisonment from 14/11/2017.
