IN THE SUPREME COURT OF SEYCHELLES EXPARTE: DESIRE WONG Civil Side No. 189 of 2006 Mr. Bonte for the Applicant ORDER INHIBITION UNDER S.76 OF THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT CAP 107 Gaswaga, J Having perused the affidavit in support of the application and also considered the submissions by Mr. Bonte and Mrs. Govinden appearing in her capacity as Registrar (though not party to this case) and further, given that Mr. Guibel Fontaine of Australia being the registered owner of the subject matter herein was duly notified of these proceedings by way of registered mail dated 28th August, 2006, I find is just and necessary that an exparte order of Inhibition be made as sought by the Applicant for the ends of justice. Accordingly, I hereby make the order of Inhibition in terms of Section 76(1) of the Land Registration Act Cap 107, against the parcel of land registered as and transcribed in T2375 situated at Anse Poules Bleues, Takamaka, Mahe in the names of Mr. Guibel Fontaine until further order by this Court.    The Land Registrar is to be notified pursuant to Section 76(2), as well as Mr. Guibel Fontaine of Australia.
