1. I have considered the record and the Judgement of the Court of Appeal dated 21/3/2025. I have also considered the Pre-Sentence Report dated 27/6/2025. The same is positive of the accused.

2. Considering the forgoing, I sentence the Accused to the term he has now already served which is 12 years.

3. He is to be released forthwith unless otherwise lawfully held.
