Namagonya JUDGMENT Having heard the appellant and having examined the case record, I do not see any merit in the grounds of appeal and I accordingly dismiss the appeal. However, having heard the appellant that she has not received the property ordered to be distributed to her and that she has not been receiving the compensation money for herself and the maintenance money for the children I make an order for the lower court to summon the respondent to examine him as to why he is not making the payments he was ordered by the court to be paying to the appellant and for that court to make such order as it will deem necessary within its powers to enforce its order of compensation and child maintenance and also to enforce the distribution of property as the court itself had ordered.
