RULING

1.  I have considered the application dated 4/5/20.  The application is premature.  On 24/2/20 this court made an order that there be stay of execution pending the hearing and determination of the application dated 19/2/20.  The application has not been heard and determined.  The application for the release of the security deposited by the respondent is pre-mature.

2. I decline the application.
