RULING
1. The last time the Cause was before Court was on 8th June 2015 when the Deputy Registrar directed the Respondent to file its documents within 14 days.
2. The documents were filed on 17th November 2015.
3. The parties have not taken any action since then and on 8th March 2017, the Deputy Registrar issued hearing notices to the parties.
4. When the Cause was called out for hearing on 3rd April 2017, Mr. Njuguna for the Claimant indicated that the firm wished to apply to cease from acting because they had not been able to locate the Claimant.
5. The Court orders the firm of Kingoo Wanjau & Co. Advocates to file and serve an application to cease from acting within 15 days from today, in default, the Cause to stand dismissed with costs.
