1. The appellant filed an undated notice of motion received on 4th June 2024 seeking a review of the conviction and sentence set by the Court Martial vide a judgement Criminal Case No. 18 of 2022. The matter come for directions on 4th June 2024 where the appellant was ordered to serve his application to the respondent, and that the respondent should file a response to the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 2nd December 2024, the appellant was absent.

3. Consequently, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.Orders accordingly.
