The appellant was convicted of obtaining by false pretences, contrary to section 313, P.C.

I have considered the evidence and the judgment. I am satisfied that the Magistrate rightly accepted the prosecution evidence and rejected the defence. The evidence against the appellant was overwhelming. I uphold the conviction. The sentence has been served.
