RULING

1. I have considered the application for sentence revision and I am satisfied that though lenient and Lawful sentence for assault causing actual bodily harm, the Convict Eric Otieno can benefit from non-custodial sentence.

2. I hereby Order that the convict be released to serve unpaid Community Service at Siaya Police Station for the remainder of Prison term.

3. Orders accordingly.
