RULING

The application dated 4th February, 2014 is for confirmation of the Grant of Letters of Administration Intestate issued in respect of the Estate of John Munyao Mbiowho died on the4thof October, 1997.

The Applicants also seek to have the name rectified to appear as John Munyao Mumo alias John Munyao instead of John Munyao Mbio alias John Munyao.

Further, the petitioner having discovered that the deceased had disposed off a property known as/Mungala/1484 to Festus Ngei Muema during his life time though the transfer was not affected, they pray that it be included in the list of his liability to be transferred to the purchaser who is in occupation of the same.

Regarding distribution of other assets, namely parcel No. Iveti/Mungala/1482, it is proposed that Esther Mbeke John and Richard Musau Munyao do hold the same in trust for other beneficiaries.

All Beneficiaries herein have consented to issuance of orders sought.

I therefore confirm the grant as prayed.
