1.   I have considered the Applicant’s application.

2.   The judgment which is sought to be appealed against was delivered by Hon. Makau J in HCCRA 10 of 2015 on 30/11/2015.  The Applicant is guilty of inordinate delay.

3.   There is no evidence that he filed Notice of Appeal and or that a file went missing.

4.   This application is an afterthought.  The same is devoid of merit. It is hereby dismissed.

5.   File closed.

6.   Orders accordingly.
